- Pay on the Day: For your convenience, we accept payment at the time of your appointment, ensuring a straightforward process
- Manageable payments: For those who like to pay their bill in advance, we offer the option to make manageable payments weekly/fortnightly/monthly so that your account is in credit before being seen.
- Afterpay: Enjoy the flexibility of spreading your treatment costs over four easy payments with Afterpay. This option allows you to manage your payments without added stress.
- Southern Cross Easy Claim provider: If you have Southern Cross Health Insurance with dental coverage, we can process your Easy Claim applications on the spot. This means you can pay any difference directly, or in some cases, walk away without any upfront payment, depending on your coverage.
- WINZ Quotes: If you are eligible for assistance through Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ/MSD), we can provide quotes to help you access the dental care you need.
- Q Card: If you hold a Q Card, you can take advantage of 24 months interest-free on full-priced dental treatments. This option allows you to manage your payments more comfortably over an extended period. Just let our team know that you would like to utilise this service when you schedule your appointment.
Terms
We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately either by calling on 03 3895923 or using our contact form. We appreciate 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.
Payment for all services is due at each appointment
Accounts with a balance of more than 30 days overdue will receive a reminder notice with the invoice. Accounts with a balance of more than 120 days outstanding may be sent for debt collection with one week’s notice. Any expenses incurred in the recovery of debt, including but not limited to legal and debt collection costs, shall be claimed on the payment.
